Many of us find it difficult finding the time to write, especially if you have a job. I started a part-time job last August; it’s only 15-18 hours a week but it really cuts into my writing time. Lo and behold! The topic of our general meeting of The Palm Springs Writers Guild yesterday addressed this subject. Three speakers addressed the issue of time management. We were even given time sheets so that we could better organize our week, making sure we set aside time for writing. The time sheets break down the day into one hour slots. I just finished making our my time sheets for the upcoming week. Let’s hope it works! Let me know if it works for you.
